Transfers
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up
- Cancellations within 24 hours: [50%] of the price is charged
- No-show: full price is charged
Group tours
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour
- Later cancellations or no-show: full price is charged
Private yacht charters
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure
- 72–24 hours: [50%] charge
- Within 24 hours: full price
Weather
If a boat or outdoor activity is cancelled by us due to weather, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [14] days.
